Smoke(d) Marlboro lights, initially tried light cartridges switched to full strength. Reduces bad cravings, not as satisfying as the real thing but works better than Nicotine Gum. Smoking has been reduced though I haven't quit yet. Convenient when you don't want to smell like smoke, also used in bathroom to reduce cravings on long flight. Cartridges do not seem last as long as advertised more than a pack but less than 2 packs Good Luck Although pricey I am happy with Cirrus II. I have been using White Cloud for 10 months and have not had cartridge issues, I was a 2 pack a day smoker and each cartridge lasts me two days! It took me some time to get used to smoking the electronic cigarette and to keep in mind how many puffs I take and how many times I pick it up because you don't light it and put it out. But they are the best. I had Smoking Everywhere before and they sucked, my batteries died after 2 days and they wouldn't replace it! White Clouds customer service is totally awesome. They care about you and take care of you! I can’t believe anyone would think White Cloud is a rip off!
